Sleeping at the
afternoon is good for health or not
Do you feel sleepy
often in the afternoon?
Are you worried that you may gain weight if you sleep in the
afternoon?
If you sleep in the afternoon, than you should sleep. If you
sleeping in the afternoon it can bring complete refreshment for you. Many people,
who can take a short but peaceful sleep, can get reward with enough benefits.
You may gain more productivity more spirit and a sharp sense by sleeping in
afternoon or taking afternoon nap.

A latest scientific research done by University of Pennsylvania. In this
University assistant professor research that sleeping/nap at the afternoon is beneficial
but few cases sleeping in afternoon in not beneficial.

Effect on your night sleeping
It may effect on your nap during the night time. if you take
enough amount of nap at afternoon you will face insufficient siesta at the
night.
Actually, taking a nap during the day time is good for the sleeper,
who does not get the necessary amount of sleep at the night time .if you get 8
or 10 hours of sound siesta. You do not have any necessity of an afternoon nap.
Bad in some case
If you are a patient of insomnia or you are in a deep
depression. You should avoid sleeping at the afternoon. If you are in
depression or you are any health issues. For these kind of people who are
depressed and frustrated in his life can face the sleeping trouble at the
sleeping at night. So do not take much rest or nap in the afternoon to avoid
the nap inertia problem during the night time.

Plan Nap: This
type of nap is taking as a plan for further awakening.
Emergency Nap: This type of power nap has
taken by the people when they feel tiredness or in a bad health condition.
Habitual Napping: when people taken regular basis napping. This
is one kind of practice nap for an afternoon.

Memory boosting: Taking afternoon napping is good for your
memory. People ,who can take a sound siesta of twenty to thirty minutes at
afternoon have the more sharp memory the then the usual people . People who are
suffering from sleeping can get an immediate boosting of memory after a 15
minutes nap.
BLOOD pressure
control: Person who take afternoon napping can reduce blood pressure
problem.
Research has proved that nap habit is aimed with the
coronary mortality reduction of 37%, which is caused due to the abridged
cardiovascular stress.
Make your Nerves calm
A complete 90 minute nap can make you calm and cool. If you
feel too much anger happiness and fear, you could subjected to an extreme nervous
breakdown so keep your Nerves calm , go for a rest or afternoon nap. It will
give you a perfect relief from the nervous breakdown.
Researchers told if you sleeping 3-4 hours it is not
ok. You should sleep in per day only
15to30 minutes and if you want to sleep more in afternoon you can sleep 30 to
90 minutes. If you sleep maximum 90 minutes than you can not face
problem/trouble at the night sleep.
So, try to have at least half or 1 hours of nap in the
afternoon daily for getting those benefits of afternoon sleep.
